TOWN OF TULLY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Tully shall hold a public hearing on proposed

 Local Law No. 1 of 2026 on the 8th day of July at 7:00pm at the Tully Municipal Building, 5833 Meetinghouse Road, Tully, New York.

The regular town board meeting will be held immediately following the public hearing.  At such hearing, any person may be heard in favor of or against any item or items therein contained. 

Copies of the proposed Local Law are on file at the Office of the Town Clerk and may be inspected during regular business hours.  Parties may appear at the hearing in person or by agent.
