NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING MEETING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Tully, New York, will hold a
public hearing on September 23rd at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building located at 5833 Meetinghouse Road, Tully, New York 13159, on the request of Mallory Case at 6175 Truxton Hill Road, Tax Map No. 115.-03-16. The request is for an area variance.

This application is open to inspection at the office of the Tully Town Clerk at 5833 Meetinghouse Road, Tully, New York during the Town Clerk’s published business hours. Persons wishing to appear at the hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representation.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the environmental significance of the proposed variance will be reviewed by said Board incident to said hearing.
