Tully Free Library Construction

Tully Free Library staff would like to thank the community for their patience and consideration regarding the changes in our service as we get ready to start construction on our Revitalization Project. Our building closed to the public on August 24, and the last week of August was devoted to packing and moving our collection, furniture, and other items into storage or transfer to our temporary space at Tully United Community Church.

We look forward to seeing you again starting September 3rd! We’ll be using space at Tully United Community Church, which is located at 5872 Meetinghouse Road. When you visit, you’ll be able to pick up your holds, return books and other items, as well as browse a small collection of new books as they get catalogued. Online resources such as Libby and Hoopla are always available.

Events and programs are being planned for the fall: you can join us at our space at the church for story times, book clubs, craft nights, and more! Events will be listed on our online calendar as they get scheduled.

We regret we cannot offer copy, print or fax services while we’re at the church. There are nearby libraries that have these services available, such as Lafayette Public Library, Marcellus Free Library, and Phillips Free Library in Homer as well. Costs for these services may differ from what we charge, so call ahead before you drive over!

While it will be an adjustment for everyone these next few months, we are excited about the improvements to our library that everyone can enjoy and that will help us serve you better!
