Notice of Intent to File with USDA
The Town of Tully intends to file an application for federal financial assistance with the US
Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Rural Utilities Service. The project includes
water source replacement including construction of a transmission main, construction of
one new water storage tank, decommissioning of the existing spring site, distribution
system improvements, and associated water services and appurtenances. Any comments
regarding this application should be submitted to the Town of Tully.
