License fees
- Spayed or neutered dogs: $8.
- Unspayed or unneutered dogs: $15.
- The form lists a $5 senior discount. Contact the Town Clerk with questions about eligibility.
Information to have ready
- Owner’s first and last name, telephone number, and mailing address.
- Dog’s name, breed, colors, identifying marks, and birth year.
- Date of the last rabies vaccination and a current veterinary certificate.
- Whether the dog is male neutered, male unneutered, female spayed, or female unspayed.
Return the completed form
The form allows registrations to be mailed to the Town Clerk’s Office with proof of a current rabies vaccination, or completed in person during office hours. Make checks payable to Tully Town Clerk.
